U.S. Embassy Bangkok
Kelly Stange currently serves as the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service Regional Agricultural Counselor stationed in Bangkok, Thailand, covering Myanmar and Laos. She has a long history of working overseas, having also lived in Germany, Costa Rica and Belgium. Before her assignments overseas, she worked at USDA in Washington, D.C., analyzing world beef markets and trade policy, focusing on EU trade in meat, seafood and dairy products.

Khun Kraipob Pangsapa is Cotton Council International's ASEAN Representative. Cotton Council International is the export promotion arm of the National Cotton Council of America (NCC), a non-profit trade association that promotes U.S. cotton fiber and manufactured cotton products around the globe with its COTTON USA™ trademark.

Razvan Oancea

Razvan Oancea, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in general management, holds an MBA and a Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University, UK, along with a degree in Textile Engineering. After starting his career in sales and marketing roles with Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, and Telemobile, he transitioned in 2000 to AMANN, where he advanced from operational roles to Managing Director for Romania, implementing structured systems for performance and cost control. In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director for Asia, overseeing multiple countries and subsidiaries, and later became Head of Global Key Account & Regional Director Asia, leading global strategies for major clients. Known for his ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and deliver results through strong KPI management, he joined VF in 2019 but returned to Romania due to COVID-19 and personal reasons. Currently, he serves as Senior Director in Asia for Cotton Council International (CCI).
